I tried the ProLon FMD® on the encouragement of a friend who was familiar with the company. I had been routinely using intermittent fasting (IF) for weight loss, but wasn’t haven’t much luck shedding a few stubborn pounds. I had plenty of energy during the FMD, and never felt an urge to veer from the fast and eat extra food. At the end of five days, I lost those stubborn three pounds! I plan on continuing to use the FMD for the next few months.
